Recently, I found myself in a bit of a time crunch trying to get my son's vehicle inspected. It’s one of those cars we don’t drive often, and the inspection deadline had snuck up on us. After calling several places with no luck on same-day appointments, I reached out to Blue Springs Ford Service Center—not really expecting much, given how busy most service shops are. To my surprise, the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and reassuring. He told me they could get me in within the hour. That call instantly gave me hope and I didn’t waste a minute—I drove straight over.
When I arrived, I was immediately directed into their garage where I was greeted by a young service advisor. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He asked what I needed done, and after I explained I was there for an inspection, he also asked if I’d like anything else taken care of while the car was in. I appreciated him going the extra mile to check. Since I had noticed the tires felt a bit off on the drive over—and because I figured it was a good time—I told him to go ahead and balance the tires and take care of an oil change too. He took all my information quickly and got the car checked in without any hassle.
Within minutes of leaving the vehicle, I received a text message from their system confirming that the vehicle was being serviced and that I’d be updated when it was ready. That was a great touch—it’s always comforting to get clear communication when your vehicle is in someone else’s hands.
Because I work nearby, I had hoped to use the Ford shuttle service to get back to the office. Unfortunately, they were short-staffed that day and couldn’t provide a shuttle. I understand these things happen. What stood out, though, was the fact that a gentleman working in one of the back offices noticed I was making phone calls trying to find a ride and kindly offered to help. I really appreciated the gesture—it showed me that customer care was a priority there. Just as he offered, a coworker confirmed she was on her way to pick me up, so I thanked him and went on my way.
Later that day, I received another text letting me know the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the staff had already pulled my vehicle up to the side of the building for me, making it easy and quick to hop in and go. Everything was completed just as discussed—inspection done, oil changed, and the tires balanced. The car drove much smoother on the way home, and I was able to get everything handled in one trip, which is rare these days.
All in all, my experience at Blue Springs Ford was a very positive one. From the quick appointment to the polite and professional service, and even the extra efforts to help with a ride, I felt like I was truly being taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service—especially if you’re in a bind and need something done same day. It’s not often that a dealership service center provides both speed and personal attention, but Blue Springs Ford delivered on both.
Thank you to the team there—I’ll be back the next time we need work done!

Picked up my car this morning. Drove 2 blocks check engine light comes back on. Had it in for shift cable and check engine light. Drove back and was told I have to pay another 149.95 diagnostic fee. Time before this, I was told my 8 month old battery needed replaced. Really has gone downhill since the service manager retired.

Three strikes
First strike girlfriend took fusion in for service, went to pick it up and they claimed they never had the car. Told her she must have taken it to another location. Found it on the lot after an hour of searching.
Second strike took my truck in for an oil change and a tire and the service techs unreeled my air line out the back of the truck and nearly broke it trying to get it back in. Left it dangling 3 feet out the back.
Third strike took my truck in on a Thursday afternoon for an oil change and by Monday morning they hadn't even touched it yet.
Won't be back. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

Sales guy was great and got me the deal I wanted on a newer used car. 3 weeks in to having the car and the check engine light is on! The whole engine was replaced in November of 2024. I have called 3 times and have yet to hear back.

UPDATE: Google wont allow you to reply to your own reviews. So I'll just respond here. My review clearly states things were made right. However, had information been upfront and honest, there would have been nothing that would constitute a situation that needed to be “made right”. That’s the point of my review. Your sales team dropped the ball on the honesty you claim to practice here was not in this sale. As I’ve already stated in this review, I was informed of the branded title from an INSURANCE AGENT, which had zero affiliation with Blue Springs Ford. Not you, not the finance person, not the car sales person we worked with. Not a single person from this establishment disclosed that info. If they had, as I’ve also already stated, we would have left. Immediately. Thanks!
I’d leave zero stars if I could. I cannot speak on the new car side, but do NOT buy used here. This place is a walking red flag. We found a vehicle online we wanted. Went to the dealership to test drive it. Noticed some things during the test drive and was given a fake excuse as to what it was and told it would be fixed under the warranty they provide. The car facts stated this vehicle was a “lemon”. The saleswoman made up another excuse and highly down played the terminology. Calling it “outdated” and that it was used because it was just a buy back. No elaboration on what kind of buy back. Just that it was bought from a Ford auction. With the promise of the things pointed out being fixed by them, and false reassurance about the term “lemon” and why it was used for this vehicle, we chose to proceed with the purchase. We were excited and extremely happy with it until, I went to put insurance on it. The insurance agent is the one who disclosed to me that this car had a branded title and that I had options for 1 insurance company who would even touch it but only with liability. Per my loan terms, I was required to have full coverage. We then found out the auctions this dealership purchases it’s used Fords from is actually a LEMON Buy Back auction. Which also was not disclosed during the sale. Had it been, we would have left and went on with our search elsewhere. The sale was finalized on a Friday, we went back to the dealership Monday after speaking to the insurance person, to see what our options were. The car had been dropped off to them that morning to get the things noticed during the test drive, fixed/looked into/diagnosed for peace of mind. I hadn't heard anything so I called around 1pm. The service guy tells me there's "major mechanical issues" that they cannot fix or figure out at the moment. That is not surprising now, with the knowledge that this car was and is, a lemon. I will say, the finance manager, Chris, was very helpful, understanding and made things right. We wanted our contract pulled and cancelled as well as our down payment back. He made sure that happened. We got it all in writing as we felt we’d been lied to enough during this entire situation. We are fortunate enough that the vehicle was a want, not a need but whose to say the next person through their doors, does actually need a vehicle and on their last leg with not many options. They could easily get screwed over with lies, misinformation and a sales person who conveniently leaves out crucial information thats sure to cause major headaches in the long run. For a car with "major mechanical issues" that couldn't be fixed or figured out, they already have the car re-posted for sale on their website. We will be taking our business elsewhere and won’t be returning to this lot.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. In 2016, I bought a used car, and the next day the engine blew, leaving me stranded with my child. They took weeks to fix it and tried to avoid responsibility.
Fast forward to 2025, I was considering buying a car here for my wife. Despite initial trust, I discovered shady practices—price misrepresentation, changing paperwork, and dishonesty about key handling. They only provided one key for a Ford vehicle, despite assurances of two, and refused to program the second key as promised. The car also had issues within 24 hours of purchase, requiring multiple visits for repairs.
Overall, this dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy; I will not buy from them again. Beware of their false promises and shady tactics, particularly, a salesman named Brian. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, once they have your money, the service ends.

Found a Ford Raptor online that I was interested in, ended up working with Laura in the used sales department on the truck, she was absolutely 100% above board, enthusiast and easy to deal with, would highly recommend dealing with her if you’re in the market for a vehicle. The entire buying experience with the dealership was easy and hassle free! We WILL be back to purchase from them again.

In the Fall of 2023, we took our van to Blue Springs Ford for repairs as recommended by our insurance company. While the body work completed was good, they were unable to finish installation of the back windshield wiper because they had to order a part. We never heard back from them so months later my wife took the van back and they were unable to finish installation of the back windshield wiper because they had to order a part. It is now Spring of 2025 and our back windshield wiper still doesn’t work. It seems like that part would have come in by now.

The customer service at this dealership is pretty abysmal. I have been several times and really was hoping to make this my go-to dealership since it is in such a convenient location for me, but it seems pretty consistently poor. The employees treat customers as a nuisance, not just me but the other people around that they are talking to while you’re standing in line. Rob from the parts department is a great example, could not be less concerned with giving any sort of positive customer experience. He has the attitude of a teenager and the professionalism you expect to find at a DMV.

We purchased a 2019 Ecosport in 2020 and it's been in the shop, had to have more parts replaced, and had more MAJOR Issues than my 1995 Dodge Ram (in its life time which still has less miles). Most recently the car was towed to BS Ford to have the ENTIRE engine replaced (at under 90k miles) , after the oil pump failed and destroyed the engine, and in less than an hour of picking it up, was returned due to leaking antifreeze. Previously was in for 2 thermostats, as well as a faulty PVC valve (multiple times over a year period). I was forced to pay for towing (up front over the defective and recalled oil pump), then was told i would be without a vehicle for no less than a week, just to return the "rental vehicle provided after a weeks time to Hertz in INDEPENDENCE" and have to return my car LESSN THAN 12 MILES LATER - THAT THEY JUST FIXED AND RELEASED TO ME....AGAIN!!!!!! I guess this time i should be happy they had a loaner vehicle, instead of leaving me vehicle-less for weeks on end (which has happened). Sadly, their less than stellar reputation proceeds them, not only with my insurance company, but also with their preferred tow company. Not happy and just purchased an older vehicle from a different dealership, just to get away from this pile of garbage.

Nice people but check everything on the car before you buy. Rubber piece behind door handle was ripped off they molded it with weather strip adhesive. I figured it out a couple day’s latter when every time I shut the door my fingers had black shit on them. I’m afraid to take it in for the free oil change now. No telling what I might have to have fixed after.

I had a recall on my Mustang and decided to have it detailed. They were very courteous and accommodating. I had to go out of town before they finished, and they kept my car safe and clean for the weekend. Very professional and personable. This was my first visit, but not my last. Kudos to the Detail Department.

Went in for an oil change . advisor said needed new tires they were having a sale next week buy 3 get 1 free the advisor ordered them and when they came in he never called me so when I called to check in they said the sale was over and I would have to pay full price for four tires now. they would not honor the price that they quoted me

This is the most piss poor ran dealership. Brought our truck in to be serviced. Called to check in on it the next day. They had no record of the truck or what it was being seen for. I was told that “only our sales person Rory knew what was going on and he’s the only one that can speak to me and he’s off work today” businesses do not shut down due to ONE employee being off work. They also had transferred the truck to another dealership without letting us know & couldn’t tell us which dealership it was sent to. Stay far away from blue springs ford. Do not let these people take advantage of you.

Sharing my Experience: What a terrible experience with this dealership, the salesman J*******, and sales manager C***.
We had a deal on a Saturday. The deal included 2 oil changes, this was offered because C*** sales manager said he could not go lower on price but could add some extras.
On Monday I was going to wire money to buy the vehicle. Guess what, 1 oil change offered disappeared. Also all the said FREE provided title work needed to register the car in another state disappeared.
Here is the Grand Finally. Just after signing the contract via Doc U Sign I was told the vehicle had already been sold.
These folks cannot be trusted. They confirm that Car Sales is in top 2 sleazy businesses. If they are taking do not expect the truth.

Took my 2021 Ford Ranger there for a complementary brake inspection that ford was offering because my truck was shaking bad when breaking. Go figure when pulling into the bay they try and ask for money to do a brake inspection when it’s on their website for a free one but didn’t know anything about it. Left it there for 3 hours before they call and tell me it’s ready and I would be new pads and they could resurface the rotors for $500. I decided to order all new rotors and pads and have my mechanic put them on well turns out nothing was wrong with rotors or front pads but my back calipers are seized up and only the inside pads needs replaced. If a technician actually did the brake inspection they would have noticed all the pads are good minus the 2 because the caliper. So clearly I left my truck there 3 hours for nothing.

I have been a customer here since 2006. All my family members drive Fords. Service department has deteriorated. Left a message for the Service manager, General manager and principal owner stating I had an issue. None of them bothered to call me back. Very disappointed.

Went into dealer and was looking for a particular car. Manger had Laura help me out. I had a price in mind and she was able to make it happen! Finance did great did not push me into what I didn’t want. Blue Springs Ford did a great job! They are always willing to help out and answer questions!
